Solution for Acclimation Free Installation

Acclimation Free Luxury Vinyl Tiles provide a time saving solution for builders and flooring projects. With improved quality in dimensional stability and curling performance, the acclimation free flooring no longer need to be acclimated before installation.

Acclimation Free LVT Features

Time Saving

Save up to 48 hours for the acclimation time that is required from ordinary luxury vinyl tile floorings. No more waiting time before installation.

Zero Curling

The acclimation free vinyl flooring is designed to be zero curling. A standard that leading brands would not offer.

Customizable Specifications

Acclimation free LVT is available in standard plank sizes as well as extra large sizes.

Thickness of Wear Layer

The wear layer determines the durability of LVT against daily wear and scratches. The thicker the wear layer, the more durable and long lasting the LVT will be.

Light Residential

10mil / 0.25mm

Residential Grade

15mil / 0.38mm

Commercial Grade

20mil / 0.50mm

Heavy Commercial Grade

30mil / 0.75mm

Overall Thickness of LVT

The overall thickness determines how stable the LVT is in terms of dimensional stability and curling. In general the thicker the wear layer, the thicker the overall thickness will be required to improve dimensional stability and reduce curling.

Glue Down LVT

Available in 2.0mm, 2.5mm and 3.0mm.

Click n Lock LVT

Available from 4.0mm, 4.5mm, 5.0mm, 5.5mm, 6.0mm and 6.5mm.

Loose Lay LVT

Available from 3.5mm, 4.0mm, 4.5mm, 5.0mm and higher.

Width & Length of LVT plank

There are different size options for LVT floorings. The following are some of the most common LVT sizes available.

Standard Size LVT Planks

228x1215mm.

Herringbone LVT Planks

70x350 mm and 120x600 mm.

Herringbone LVT Planks

70x350 mm and 120x600 mm.

Extra Long LVT Planks

230x1830mm and 245x1530mm.
