Loose Lay 2.0mm LVT

Solution for Glue-less LVT Installation

No glue are required. A true glue free LVT that is competitively affordable, designed with a grip technology to be loose lay installed. Most suitable for multifamily flooring, commercial project flooring and rental property floorings that are looking for inexpensive entry price point flooring products.

Glue Free & Glue Less

Making from virgin PVC polymer composition for quality and stable vinyl flooring products.

Fast and Easy Installation

The under grip coating technology enables the LVT to firmly grip onto the sub-flooring. No glue are need for installation and can save installation time for projectors and consumers.

Reusable

Our special silicon like grip coating technology has enhanced the reusability of the LVT. By simply lift it and place it on an isolation paper and it is able to reused again when needed.

Customizable Specification Options

Thickness of Wear Layer

The wear layer determines the durability of LVT against daily wear and scratches. The thicker the wear layer, the more durable and long lasting the LVT will be.

Residential Grade

Thickness from 0.20mm to 0.30mm

Heavy Residential Grade

Thickness from 0.40mm to 0.50mm

Light Commercial Grade

Thickness from 0.50mm to 0.55mm

Heavy Commercial Grade

Thickness from 0.70mm and above

Thickness of base layer

The base layer determines how stable the LVT is in terms of dimensional stability and curling. In general the thicker the wear layer, the thicker the base layer will be required to improve dimensional stability and reduce curling.

Range between 1.8mm up to 3.0mm

Click LVT

Range between 3.8mm to 6.0mm

Loose Lay LVT

Range between 4.0mm to 6.5mm
